We are able to offer online registration this year. Please register online unless it is absolutely impossible to do so.
Online registrations are preferred to facilitate the registration process. If you cannot pay by credit card and must register by paying with either cash or a check, please download the registration form and mail all supporting materials to the address listed below.
The 2013 Fairbanks Suzuki Institute brochure is available online only. We have printed a postcard to distribute to teachers, students and parents that gives basic information about FSI and then refers you to this website.
Graduation Recordings and graduation information will need to be mailed to Cathy Apicella at the address below. Please use page 1 of the registration form to submit the graduation information with your recording. These must be postmarked by March 15, 2013. For all of the pertinent information about Graduation, please see page 8 of the FSI brochure. When filling out your registration form on-line, include graduation fees by selecting the number of levels the student will be graduating.
Scholarships There are a limited number of scholarships available for FSI. Download the scholarship information for more details. The application form are available here as well. You will need to mail the application and supporting materials to the address listed below, postmarked by March 15, 2013.
